My view: (Please briefly describe your view on the three concepts below)
In our fast-changing world, I am a big proponent of "modular" education so that students can continuously broaden their outlook through taking targeted courses. I think the future is in "micro-credits", where the academic semester will be split into many modules, rather than the three-four 15-week courses.
To me, research should be synonymous to applicable novice. In the context that I feel comfortable working in, research should aid high-level decision making, both short-term and long-term.
In my view of the perfect Armenia, welfare is decentralized, and 80% of the economy is not concentrated in or in the vicinity of Yerevan. Therefore, we need to get as many excellent students working with our counterparts in the regions as possible. Both youth and working professionals in the regions need exposure to best practices, and I am very committed to that.
