The goal of true education is to shape character.
The ability to put the right research questions is crucial.
Pursue what is meaningful, not what is expedient.

Short Bio:

I obtained LLM in International Human Rights Law, LLM in Public International Law and Bachelor of laws. I am currently doing PhD focusing on Margin of appreciation doctrine in the jurisprudence of the ECtHR.
I have more than 15 years of outstanding experience in human rights, justice and corruption prevention. I have successfully litigated many human rights cases before domestic higher courts, international and regional courts and human rights bodies, thus contributing to the development of standards. I also effectively managed practices in complex transactions of business and corporate law, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, effectively mentored and supervised lawyers, successfully held consultations with reputable clients, offering suggestions and advice with positive feedback.
With strong working relationship with international development organizations and the ability to interface across all levels and functions, I have brought a strong base of the human rights and justice knowledge into government service, bi-lateral and multi-lateral donor’s project implementation practices and NGO program management. I am is a Licensed Attorney and have professional membership with the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia.
