Recruitment coordinator of the TEFL program

My view: (Please briefly describe your view on the three concepts below)

All students can learn and want to learn. It is our job, as instructors, to meet them where they are and move them towards their goals.
'Research is a means to accumulate knowledge and promote learning. It enables us to disprove lies and back up truths. It is an instrument for discovering, gauging, and grabbing opportunities. Overall, it is nourishment and workout for the mind' (Zarah, 2022).
At its core, community outreach assists any community function more efficiently, and thus, it should be an integral part of education.
